GSPO nylon and compressed cast nylon wheel and castor series

The heavy duty wheels and castors in the GSPO series are made from high-quality reaction-injected compressed cast nylon. With a hardness of 80 Shore D, the wheels offer a particularly low level of rolling resistance on smooth surfaces along with exceptionally high load capacities.

The GSPO series is frequently used on assembly aids for major construction projects in heavy industrial applications.
The series is also frequently used as a compact castor due to its high capacity even at small wheel diameters.

    GSPO nylon and compressed cast nylon wheels

    The GSPO series has diameters ranging between 35 and 1000 mm as standard. Ball bearings and spherical roller bearings are available as standard.

    GSPO nylon and compressed cast nylon swivel castors with plate

    As standard, the GSPO series is available with various bracket series with a top plate fitting. These vary in terms of their design depending on the application conditions or the required load capacity:

    LH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LS series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty swivel head
